"The predominant positives noted by players include the game’s impressive graphics and art style which create an engaging isometric world, clever and innovative gameplay mechanics that enhance player experience despite some restrictions, and a deep narrative filled with moral dilemmas and branching paths that contribute to a unique immersive experience; however, notable drawbacks include persistent softlocking issues that hinder game progression, the need for significant improvements in gameplay mechanics, character depth, and story engagement which many players found lacking, as well as frustrations over the high time demands of the detective mode which detract from the overall gaming experience while also highlighting a lack of meaningful choices in replayability that fails to motivate repeated playthroughs, coupled with mixed opinions on the effectiveness of the matchmaking system and concerns about the overall coherence and engagement of the latter part of the storyline which was perceived as chaotic and disappointing by some players, as well as the absence of voice acting seen as a significant drawback, contributing to a sense of usability issues through localization inaccuracies."
