STORY
"Sefir: Mafia Story", set in 2003-2004 an alternative version of Istanbul. Istanbul, Turkey run by a council of Barons. Even a bird cannot fly in the country without the permission of the council. Our story takes place in the period when mobs ruled the streets of Istanbul under the reign of the council. Sefir title is elected by the council and convicted of ensuring order and the balance of power in Istanbul.STORY
